Unprotected oral sex with canker sore at the time

I had a sore throat a few days ago but it eventually went away. After about a day of feeling better, I performed unprotected oral sex on my boyfriend. A day later, the sore throat returned and it was much worse than before. Additionally, I had a canker sore while performing oral sex and I heard that open wounds or sores makes it more likely to transmit an oral STD. It does not hurt when I talk but it hurts when I swallow saliva or drink water. It also severely hurts when I yawn. I shined a flashlight towards the back of my throat and observed some faint white patches. What are the chances of receiving an oral STD from unprotected oral sex? Are the risks more elevated because I had a canker sore?

Hi, stds from oral sex are really quite rare. Gono would be the top on the list but its really rare also if your partner had penis gono i doubt he would let you perform oral as the pain would be too much.

I've read that chlamydia and herpes can also be transmitted through unprotected oral sex and I'm still very concerned as a canker sore is considered an open wound so bodily fluids could enter more easily. He did not finish in my mouth but is the precum enough to infect me?
