Really worried regarding STDs

I am 20yrs of age. About one and a half months ago i received a handjob and kissed a prostitute. The kissing was for 5 mins and she used lips but i didn't. After the act the next 2-3 days i experienced kind of s tingling sensation in my penis. The doctor said it is maybe due to the climate. After that there were no symptoms semen was normal also the urine but after some days after i  masterbate the inner shaft of my penis has started to turn red as if it is due to friction but this didn't use to happen earlier.Am i at a risk of STDs? Do i have to get any tests done because it is really difficult for me to go to a doctor for these tests.. Please help..

No testing for the handjob as is zero risk and if she did not have any lip sores the risk for Herpes is close to zero and no testing would be recommended

Thank you so much for the answer but what about the kissing? And if i ever had to take any test which stds risk am i at ? And for which stds should i be taking test of?

no test for the hand job and with simple kissing, if she did not have any lip sores at the time, the risk for Herpes is close to zero also. no testing is advised.
