Vaginal fluid touched the outside of penis head...risk of infection?

Yesterday I had sex with an asian escort, the head of my penis had touched the outside of her vagina for 1-2 seconds maximum. I felt wetness on the head of my penis. She then immediately put a condom on and we had protected sex for 5 minutes. Then the condom was removed and I washed up. 16 hours later, I am noticing a little irritation when I urinate. I looked in my urethra and it does not look red or inflamed. What is the likelihood or chance I caught and STD? Could the condom have forced any bacteria into my penis?

Theoretically if vaginal fluid got into your urethra there could be an infection of gonorrhea, chlamydia or syphilis, but it looks extremely unlikely. It's more likely to be because of the physical effect from penetrating.

If days pass and you still feel pain, it would be interesting to test for gonorrhea and chlamydia 3 weeks after the sexual encounter, and for syphilis 6 weeks after the intercourse.

But in general, I don't really see any risk, as you sexual relationship was protected.

All the best.
