So I have done a bit of research myself on this..
0.08 (or 8%) probability of infection from passing from throat to penis when fellatio is received
21000 cases of gonnoorhea in 2019 in the UK in females out of 66m people, estimate 20% of these would be oral therefore 4200 cases in the UK overall in given year of oral gono, i know CSW are higher risk but it would be very unlucky to get one of the 4200
Probability of having gono as per the expert docs on this forum for a man without symptoms is less that 0.01 (or 1%) - I have no symptoms
The probability of me passing it to my wife, where there is not discharge on penis with one insertion has to be pretty low, say 0.25 (25%) as a guestimate probably even less likely although i really am now sure on this point ?
With this in mind i would hope her symptoms are indeed cystitus as they have gone in a few days also and i would have to be extremely unlucky for this to be any other outcome.
Auntiejessie or any other people with knowledge would you agree with the above?
I have ordered a test and i sincerely hope it will be neg. i have been stressing about this considerably.
its the only escort i have seen in well over a year, I said i wouldnt do it again but the little brain got the better of me - i think maybe i need some therapy from somewhere to stop this happening again but this is another issue i need to address.
The chances that your wife has cystitis is much higher than it being gonorrhea or chlamydia or any other STD.
The likelihood of transmission from one quick insertion is very, very slim. I wouldn't worry about that. However, you can get gonorrhea and less frequently, chlamydia, from oral sex, and it doesn't sound like you used a condom for that.
You don't have to have any symptoms to transmit gonorrhea or chlamydia, so testing might be a good idea just to rule it out.
Oral sex has lower transmission rates than penetrative sex, but there is still a chance. Since it sounds like a few weeks or so since the encounter, you can test now. Gonorrhea and chlamydia show up on tests at 3-5 days after infection.
