Hole in Condom - Escort

Last night I had an encounter with a high dollar escort.  Upon arrival, she immediately pulled out her phone and showed me tests results from about two weeks ago.  All negative.  She said she had not been with anyone since then.

We had protected sex with no issues.  During round two, she gave me protected oral.  When I pulled out to change positions, I noticed the condom was broken.  it didn't totally explode as I have seen in the past, but had a huge hole on one side.  She immediately grabbed her phone and again showed me her test results and assured me I had nothing to worry about.

How soon can chlamydia and/or gonorrhea show up?
Is there a substantial risk for either of those or H I V?

The three STIs mentioned above were all negative on the test results she showed me.

Should I abstain from sex with my wife?

Any information will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

With relation to HIV, only the head of your penis needs to be covered. the hole was on the side, so I'd venture to say no risk at all for HIV. It does sound like the other person is careful and has back up that she tests but as Grobick says, a condom break during intercourse would make it a good idea to get tested.

I am on a 30 cycle of doxycycline for an unrelated matter.  Wouldn’t this kill chlamydia & gonorrhea?

Those are the things I think I’m most worried about. Day 3, no symptoms.

We have several kids and my wife was told she had HPV during one of those pregnancies.

Greetings.
The fact your partner had STI test results is very reassuring: it means she is aware of STI risks, that is good for you.
It is also well-established in studies that high-profile CSWs are much more careful about protection and testing. That is also good news for you.
Sadly, it doesn't make your encounter safe. The general rule is "broken condom means unprotected sex". A single case of unprotected vaginal sex poses little risk for HIV.
I would say HIV should be the least of your worries. The risk is definitely not "substantial".
The test for gonorrhea and chlamydia is definitive at 14 days.
I would recommend abstain from sex with your wife.

It might or might not kill the bacteria, it depends on the dosage and consistency and some other things. Doxycycline is not always effective vs gonococci, so, no guarantees here.
Taking antibiotics would certainly mess with your test results. So, you should complete your doxycycline regimen first then test in a week or two.

I left out that during round 2 she got on top after the protected oral. The condom broke during intercourse. Not oral.
