Vaginal irritation and now sore throat and swollen glands?

A week ago from Friday I had unprotected oral and vaginal sex. It was very rough and lasted about 3 hours and I was not wet enough, so the next 2 days when I was quite sore I didn’t think much of it. Several days later I began have a lot of vaginal irritation, not quite a pain and not quite an itch just uncomfortable. I had slightly more discharge which was clear/white and had no smell. It also wasn’t overly thick or anything. Now a little over a week later it’s still irritated, only deep inside my vagina. I also woke up today to a sore throat, one of my tonsils with white spots on it and the glands under my jaw extremely sore to the touch. I plan on making a drs appointment tomorrow, as it’s Sunday today and they’re closed, but I was just wondering if this all sounds like it could be an STD? I originally thought maybe it was just taking time for my vagina to heal from the sex bc it was so rough and I hadn’t had any in several months, but the progression of the throat symptoms has me very nervous. Also haven’t had any pain or burning with urination, it’s just an almost constant feeling of irritation

It sounds like you’ve got genetial herpes. I’m worried I’ve actually got the same thing currently.
