STD/ STI chance of infection, multiple people

Hi everyone, ok so this is a weird one.

I travelled to an international country last week for a friends wedding, but I arrived a week early. So the first night I went to a strip club, got a lap dance touched breasts and all that, I’ve been to and done that before, the issue here is when she rubbed her breasts in my face her nipples went in my mouth a few times, any worries there for infections?

Alright, the following night went out again and  picked up a woman on my way home in the early hours of the morning, I was very drunk I’m not sure what she was doing, probably a prostitute as she wanted money for drugs. Anyway, long story short she came up, she undressed, I spread her vagina lips for like 2s with my left thumb and index finger. I saw she had two small white spots inside her vagina, could’ve been thick discharge. I don’t know - anyway I immediately sobered up, realized I was way to drunk and politely told her that I’m to drunk and asked her to leave, she was really cool about it and left after giving her some money.

Immediately afterwards (and I **** you not) when I went downstairs to open the gate for her, I got locked out of the place I was staying as I forgot to take my key down. Anyway, two really attractive Romanian woman who also stayed in the building I was staying at walked up and invited me to their room, which they proceeded to touch and flirt with me for a while and then undressed and gave me a strip show, again the ones nipples went into my mouth a little bit, then they offered me a blowjob (for money) Still not sure if prostitutes/ strippers or students that needed money, so they both began to give me a bj (they changed condoms as they each changed over, only other thing I done here is touch the ones vagina a little with same index finger as described below - please rem I’m very very drunk here) I rem this pretty well because they were really attractive and I didn’t know wtf was happening as this was like a twilight zone night (I’m not the type of person to do this kind of stuff, sure a strip club here and there but def not stuff like this in one night)

So I’m concerned about possible STD/ STI/ HIV from the nipples in my mouth and when I spread the first Ladies vagina, why I’m worried is because the skin above my nail bed on my index finger was kind of tearing (you know when the skin above there breaks abit that you have to cut it off) so earlier that day I bit it off and there were really small cuts but most which I’m sure were scabs by then. And then they came into contact with two different sketchy vagina incidents that evening, but for very very short time frames, less than 2s. No obvious cuts or blood or anything on either of them. Just the two small white dots on the one

I’m pretty worried about those two events, should I get tested? Or am I being overly paranoid? It’s making me really anxious and not able to enjoy the rest of my holiday here

Thanks in advance

Okay, your answers -

Nipples in mouth/sucking breasts - not a risk.

Thumb in vagina - no risk

Receiving protected oral sex - very small risk of syphilis and genital herpes type 1, if you don't already have oral type 1. Risk is small enough for both that if you don't get any sores within a few weeks, I wouldn't worry.

(Students who give oral sex for money are sex workers. Anyone who takes money for sex is a sex worker.)

You barely touched the vaginas, and hands aren't a concern in STD transmission.

HIV is only transmitted by unprotected vaginal or anal sex, and sharing needles for drug use. The only thing you did longer than a couple of seconds was receive protected oral sex, so your risk for all of this is very, very low.

Enjoy your holiday and no need to worry. :)

Gosh, I wish there was a donate button on here, thank you so much for the validation. You’re literally saving lives/ and holidays on here :)

So just to confirm, the peeling/ tearing of my skin on my index finger (which I believe is called hangnails) which became tiny blood sores when I bit the loose skin off on the day/ day before and became scabs is also not a cause for concern when I touched the vaginas/ especially the one with the white spots?

Thank you again, really :)
Thank you for your kind words. :)

There is something called herpetic whitlow, which is a herpes infection of the finger, but it's uncommon, and if your finger was already scabbed over, the scab is protective. It's not a risk for HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, any of the hepatitis viruses, etc.

Really, you're fine. :)
