I agree with auntjessie. Is Gardasil9 available readily in your country? It was considered more for teens and as AJ says, now people up to 45 can get it. Remember too that there are so many strains of HPV that most have gotten it at one time or another in their life and recover without any intervention or issues from it. If everyone would have protected sex with condom, it would also significantly decrease odds of getting hpv.
Well, it depends on what you mean by "best", I'd guess. Gardasil 9 offers protection against more strains, so it's hard to argue against that one. It's also been approved now for people up to 45.
In most places, you'd have to get it from your doctor, or a doctor. You can not get it online. I wouldn't trust that at all.
You can get the Gardasil 9 if you've already had the 4, but you should wait at least 12 months from your last 4 vaccine.

If you've not had the 4, you can just get the 9. You do not need both.
The only thing I can find on the Chinese vaccine is that it protects against strains 16 and 18, which Gardasil does, so you wouldn't need it.
