What are the odds it's trich?

Hello, and thank you all for your help.
I would like to start by saying that about two months ago, on 1/27/17 i (male) received unprotected oral sex and then proceeded to have Protected vaginal sex with someone (female) who's sexual status I did not know. 4 days after the encounter I developed a small blister in the perineal region. The area started to feel a little wet and there was a really bad burning sensation. Once I got home, I took a look and saw that there was just 1 small sore present. I made an appt to see my GP For 2/1/17. Once there I inquired about possible sti's. I knew the blister had to be something along the lines of herpes. However the doctor told me the first break outs are usually very bad and the sore was already gone. He gave me a 7 day treatment of acyclovir and opted in for an hiv, syphillis, hsv1 and 2, and a urinalysis exam. I asked about gono and chlamydia and he said I shouldn't worry about it due to not having any discharge. His decision to not test for those had me a bit concerned. 2 days after seeing my GP, I head over to the urgent care clinic due to developing a very bad sore throat, feeling fatigued, having night sweats, urine retention, hard time expelling urine, felt like I had an enlarged prostate, and developing some anal itching . I was able to get a penile and throat swab to test for gono, trich, and chlamydia. I was also tested for mono. I opted to get treated for chlamydia and gono on the spot with a shot and a 1 time dose of what I think was azithromycin? The doctor stated that if I was positive for either, that those treatments should take care of it.

About a week later I got my results from my gp. Syphillis, and hiv were negative. Positive for hsv1 negative for 2 and the urinalysis was fine. He stated that my urine had a small amount of white blood cells in them but nothing to be concerned about. The gono, trich, mono, and chlamydia results were all negative. The hsv results just meant that hsv2 was not detectable just yet. So far, 6 days past exposure everything is neg but deep down I know I'm hsv2 positive. I contact the female I had sex with and she claims she doesn't have anything. I urged her to get tested and after a week she tells me that she is hsv2 positive. However, deep down, I feel like she never got tested and might be lying. I will explain later. I do however want to point out that hsv2 is the least of my concerns.

Fast forward to about feb 20th, between my initial exams and then, my best friend graduates college and she comes back home. I've had on and off relationships with her in the past, always ending on good terms, only really ending the relationship because her university was very far away. she's pretty much my high school sweet heart and best friend. She knows everything that's going and regardless of the fact she decides she wants to build a relationship again for the long run this time. She shrugged it off and said that she will just have to get tested more often and that we just have to be a little more careful. She has been very supportive and i told her the situation since day 1. She goes and gets tested to verify her status, everything negative. Around this time, I start to become very concerned about passing hsv to her and start to develop some symptoms which i suspected to be prodromal. I developed some sharp back pains, pain in my buttocks and tingling sensations, I decide to make a next day app for my GP to inquire about suppressive meds to protect my partner and to let him know that I might be having a flare up. He decides that my symptoms are not herpes related and that I don't need to be on suppressive meds, disregarding the fact that I have an hsv2 negative partner. I plea but it falls on deaf ears saying that I'm newly diagnosed and I don't need it unless I have 6 or more outbreaks a year. He sends me home and tells me to relax. next day I develop really bad anal burning and stinging. This time it feels like it's inside the rectum. I developed another case of urine retention, some abdominal pain, and some dull radiating testicle pain. I go back to my doctor and he prescribes me 10 days of acyclovir. I decided that this doctor wasn't for me anymore so I find a new GP. On 3/2 I had my new patient appt. I tell my new doctor everything and he puts me on 1 a day valtrex to protect my partner. I tell him that the anal itching subsided with the acyclovir but I'm still having that abdominal pain and the dull radiating testicular pain. He does a urinalysis and prescribes me 7 days of cipro Incase I have a uti, he also sends me to the std clinic to get some further tests done (my insurance sucks). 3/8 I head over to the clinic and tell the nurse everything. She explains that abdominal and testicular ache aren't really herpes related. Abdominal pain could be due to the nerves and the testicular pain could be due to either gono and chlamydia. She decides to do a urine test and rectal swab for gono and chlamydia, and hiv and syphillis blood work. I had to wait two weeks to get my results. I go and pick up my cipro and by the time I finish my dosage, I start to feel a little better and back to my old self.  By 3/23 I call back to get my results and everything is negative.

A week after that at around 3/29, two weeks after I finished my cipro, the abdominal pain and radiating testicle pain comes back. I have yet to make another doctor app.

I realized that at the std clinic I was not tested for trich. I was initially tested for trich 6 days past exposure, but might it have been to early to detect? This whole ordeal has me thinking that isn't just herpes. i have yet to have sex with my current girlfriend due to not knowing what is going on with my body. The last person I had sex with was with the risky encounter. The reason I believe she might be lying about getting tested is due to the fact that I have been keeping her up to date with my tests. The first time I tested, I told her my symptoms and urged her to get tested, she claimed she didn't have anything but "got" tested anyways. Comes back positive for hsv2. I tell her I have symptoms that aren't hsv2 related and ask her if there was anything else, for the sake of my new partner. I want to make sure everything is good before we do anything. She gets mad and says the only thing they found was hsv2. I tell her I'm going to get tested again just Incase. A week after testing at the std clinic, she contacts me eagerly asking me for the results, this raised a red flag for me. She was very sure all she had was hsv2 from her test results yet she is asking for results that I don't have yet. I figured she trusted her results a lot more since she got mad at me.

What are the odds that my recurring testicle pain and abdominal pain are caused by trich?

I received unprotected oral sex, and I'm sure she touched my penis after touching her vagina which my have had vaginal fluids. Could it have been passed along this way?

Can trich be passed even if a condom is used?

Could this be something else that I missed? All results were negative

I would also like to add that the testicle pain is not excruciating and it radiates from both testicles to one or the other. If I have the urge to have a bowel movement, or have a full bladder, I feel the dull ache a little more. It is more of a discomfort than pain. Sometimes it comes and goes through the day. Same with abdominal pain.

I know it's a long read, but would anyone be able to shed some light?
