Wierd NGU/NSU symptoms

I had protected intercourse with a female CSW on DEC. 28.  I have had several HIV tests including PCR, ELISA blood test, and oracheck  -- all neg -- (last test was oracheck at 8 weeks), and  docs and moderators have said I am at no risk for HIV.  However, since a couple of weeks after the incident I have had a burning sensation in the tip of my penis -- sometimes extending to anus (especially after defecation) and also the burning gets worse usually after urination.  All my tests so far for everything but HSV1 have come back negative, including a urine culture.  I have had a round of Cipro 500 mgX2 a day for 7 days, a shot of azithromycine and 4 pills of azithromycine (one time treatment for chlamydia even though I was neg), and now I'm on Doxycycline 100 MG 2x a day (its been about a week in a 2 week course).  I still have the burning, and I'm a bit freaked out.  The sex was protected but I did touch her vagina and got fluids on my hand after which I masturbated with the same hand and she masturbated me as well.  Has anyone ever gotten something like this through a similar experience, if so how was it resolved?  I have also been having loose stool for the last month and loosing weight.  Doc does not think it is herpes since I have not had any lesions and (tested neg for Herpes 2 4 weeks after incident -- i know it takes 3-4 months so haven't tested since) this has now lasted almost 6 weeks.  If anyone has any advice or can add something -- PLEASE HELP!

you've paid to post about this on several expert forums now. there isn't anything we are going to say differently from what you've already been told.

loose stools aren't due to std's. probably all your anxiety is the cause of that along with all the antibiotics you've had.  It was protected sex so it's not likely you contracted anything from it.
