gonorrhea or chlamydia from genital to genital contact?

Hi. I had a body to body massage with a girl who's ad I found on a well known website. She rubbed her genital on mine but there was no insertion. I also got on top of her and ejaculated on her chest. We also kissed. Exactly a week later I started getting pain in my testicles and noticed I had been urinating more often. I also feel really nauseous. I went to a walk in centre today and doc said it is most likely epididymitis. There is no pain while urinating or any discharge.
My question is can I have caught any std from my encounter that could lead to the epididmyitis?

Thanks for replying so quick. So does that mean my epididymitis isn't sti related. All the websites tend to point epididymitis to gonorrhea or chlamydia

Hi with no insertion you and get things like gono and chlamydia as no bacteria could enter your penis but you could get herpes and syphilis but these are considered low risk.
