This happened four months ago. Whether you are afraid or not, testing is appropriate and asking people here rather than testing seems to just be fueling your anxiety. HIV is never diagnosed by symptoms, only a test. You had brief, one time unprotected vaginal it sounds like which lowers your risk of HIV transmission but since you had your penis inserted unprotected, that constitutes a risk. You should test for this and all std's to put this behind you rather than ruminating about it and giving in to spiraling anxiety. Enough time has passed to check for anything.
im so happy i tested negative after 4 months on all stds... anyone else that maybe experiencing symptoms that may be from std anxiety it can happen the pain can be real so keep your head up and get tested chances are itll come back negative and you will feel like its the happiest day of your life and laugh about it later... this was a huge life lesson and a huge scare for me the past 4 months. It has been the worse 4 months of my life. with so many sleepless nights so many wasted hours googling and searching for answers i feel like i got 4 months of my life stolen from me because of my stupidity one drunk night which maybe i deserved for punishment for being so risky about my health. STDs are no joke and very scary especially with the testing windows being up to 3 months for some of them and when you suffer from extreme anxiety and are a hypochondriac like myself it can seem as close to hell as you can get. i swore i had HIV or something the whole time! smh so for everyone out there that may be reading this please be safe and practice safe sex 100% of the time unless you are 100% certain of both you and your partners std status its never worth it. trust me!!! god bless all!
The best thing you can do right now is just go ahead and get those tests done next week- since you did have unprotected sex, it's possible that you have an STD- which I know makes you very anxious- but the best way to get some answers is to just get to that appointment. Try not to focus on what Google tells you- most people who Google what they have just end up freaking out because they are always thinking worse case (which it rarely is). Take a deep breath and take one day at a time- get the test done, and go from there with your doctor with the results. Hang in there!
Also with the cloudy urine sometimes it is cloudy then clear then cloudy again. like little bursts of extreme cloudiness. Just wanted to point out that sometimes its not cloudy through the whole urination.
