Can I have an STD from receiving ~40sec unprotected oral sex?
That's how long it took to realise how stupid it is. I didn't ejaculate and washed my penis throughly about 15mins later. The next day, about 30 hours later, I started feeling a slight burning like sensation in my urethra and it has continued for 2 days now. It doesn't get worse during urination, and I don't even notice it if I'm focusing on something else, so I'm not sure if I'm just suggesting it to myself out of anxiety. There are no visible physical symptoms. I read up on some STDs that can be transmitted through oral sex and none of them should present so soon after exposure, except maybe gonorrhea, but based on what I read that should produce much worse symptoms.

Hi, no std shows symptoms in 2 days but takes about 5 and would consist of a white puss penis discharge and burning while urinating. YOur irritation is almost certainly from constant checking and pulling or an injury from the act itself.
