Slight pain/burning in penis

Hello I have a question. I am a male who had unprotected sex with a new partner who said she was clean. This was 4 days ago. That same night I started having a slight soreness. I am still having that slight pain. When I say slight, I mean it's so slight that I can barely call it a "pain" but I can tell it's there. Just a slight soreness. I don't have any symptoms of an STI though. I have no itching, no bumps or lesions, no discharge, etc. Just a slight pain/burning. This was my first time having sex. Could it be from overworking myself? I also masturbated twice that day before the sexual encounter. I got tested yesterday and should get results in a week, but I am very paranoid right now and want to know what it could be.

Just in case, I got antibiotics yesterday for Chlamdiya and Gonorrhea. I just don't want it to be a virus. Does it sound like it can be one?

I have a similar problem but had this slight burning/tingling for a month now,it's driving me crazy and I only had unprotected oral sex.
No sex since then either.
I'm just waiting for my results now hopefully back Monday.
No std I can find causes this without other obvious symptoms, keep us posted to how you get on and I will do the same.

If your partner says she clean and you know she is...it could be paranoia, fear in catching something. Calm your soul! And just have a talk with her and get tested 2-3 if you have doubts

Oh no I definitely feel something lol. And I got tested, just waiting on results. I feel like it may be something, probably not even a disease or virus, but just a physical problem like maybe torn something, but nothing to really worry about STD/STI wise... I'll find out Wednesday though.

Safe to say though I've learned my lesson about using protection. And she isn't someone I want to keep in contact with after this ordeal is over.
