Am I at risk?

Situation:
3 days ago I had sex with a prostitute.  She claims she was clean.  We used a condom and it did NOT break.  When I took the condom off and flushed it, I touched the outside of it obviously.  I then, stupidly, rinsed my hand with water and put water on my penis to try to clean it.  I don't know if I touched the tip of my penis.  I also do not know if she had any STDs or not.  I asked her and she said no but really who knows.  Also, when we were having sex, the condom was on all the way to the base, but my skin around my public region MAY have touched hers.  I saw no signs of infection but that doesn't mean she wasn't.  Am I at risk here?  I'm freaking out because this was such a stupid move and I feel incredibly embarrassed.  Please help, Doc.

Also, I had boob sex with that prostitute without a condom on.  I have no idea if she had boob sex with any other man and if she still had any fluid or not on her breasts.  Am I at risk due to either of these things??  Thank you and please help.  I'm very scared and worried.
