On your mom?  What does that mean?

And no, genital herpes wouldn't affect your mouth - it doesn't travel through the body.  You can get hsv2 on your mouth, but its rare.

Oh and actually, with syphilis, you would get a chancre sore at the site of infection.  Later on, in further stages of syphilis, you can have anal symptoms, but if you haven't had receptive anal sex, you probably wouldn't get a chancre sore there.

Also, with herpes, even if you have a sore on your penis, for example, you can be shedding from all the "pink" skin - the penis, perinuem, anus, etc.

You can have herpes symptoms anywhere in the entire genital region, including the anal area.  Herpes infects nerve groups, and genital herpes infects the sacral ganglia, and that pretty much covers the entire "boxer short" region.

Many people will only get outbreaks where they were infected, but others get outbreaks anywhere in that region.
