I’m at 36 year old heterosexual married male with mixed connective disease and I’m also on testosterone replacement therapy .I’m January I caught Covid while recovering I expected symptoms extreme fatigue along with eye dryness and pain. Over the past 6 months I attended a few swinger parties where I had protected vaginal  sex and received unprotected oral from 4 women.Last month I had a open sore on my back that lasted about 3 weeks before it healed also I was getting bumps on my back, scalp, neck, and my face.I am circumcised and didn’t see any chancre on my penis…. 1-Being that eye problems are a symptom syphilis should I be worried 2-how long before syphilis affects the eyes 3- am I at risk of any std

You are at risk for STDs.

Receiving oral sex puts you at risk for genital herpes type 1 (if you don't already have oral herpes type 1), syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia and NGU.

If you got syphilis from oral sex, the chancre would be on your penis, not your back. I don't know what the sore on your back was, but the chancre appears at the point of infection. Still, syphilis is easily diagnosed with a simple blood test, so just go test.

Syphilis eye involvement can occur as early as 4 weeks, but can take longer. Just go get tested.

I don't know a lot about MCTD, but if that makes you immunocompromised, you should definitely be using condoms for oral sex.

Thanks. Also could i infect infect my wife without present sores
Syphilis is transmitted by direct contact with a sore, but remember that you could also have asymptomatic gonorrhea, chlamydia or NGU.

Chances are lower with oral sex than vaginal or anal sex, but since you had oral with 4 women, and are concerned about infecting your wife, you should test.
Thanks
