various symptoms after sex

over the past month I have had protected intercourse and unprotected oral sex with various sex workers.  About two weeks ago I developed a small hard bump on the roof of my mouth back left.  It does not hurt at all.  Then two days ago my left eye started itching like it does when I touch a cat and rub my eye.  Kinda like something is in it but there isn't anything.  Then it felt better then it's gotten worse in the past 12 hours.  My right eye is red but nothing like my left one.  There is tearing and when I took a nap there was crusty stuff in the corners of my eye when I woke up.  I have a mild sore throat and and pressure in my sinus forehead area as well as some pressure in my ears.  I spend long hours in the ocean and this certainly makes my eyes even more red.  I did not return to the water in the past 12 hours.  Sometimes it feels a bit better then gets worse again.  I had one episode of sex where the condom did break and there was some blood.  I quickly washed with iodine my penis and surrounding area as well as with soap and water.   Hope this isn't an STD but it may very well be one.  There was some kissing.  I'm in a place where medical help is available but also not first world.

Ok, does put you at risk for STD's as would receiving oral sex, but symptoms still do not really match up.

I also had a little bit of tingling when urinating but wasn't sure if this could also be from urninating after ejaculating.

I also performed oral sex on several of the women.

You would have to see a Dr, these symptoms do not match a STD. But seeing a Dr is your best course of action.
