Anxiety or STD?

Excuse my English little fluid, I'm from Colombia. This is my case:

On December 29, 2022 I had a risky sexual contact. A promiscuous friend me practical oral sex for 30 seconds without protection.

From that day I have been experiencing an anxiety and very large stress (in the past I was already treated for fear of diseases). I see symptoms throughout my body, however, I have discarded them as I have done tests:

RPR (4 and 6 weeks negative).
HIV (4 and 6 weeks negative).
Gonorrhea PCR (3 weeks negative).
Chlamydia Antigeno X3 (6 and 7 weeks negative).
Herpes (4 weeks negative).

Following my anxiety epidosodians for which I am being treated, in week 6 and for two days I experienced some ardor in the urethra, with frequent urination (which scared me a lot because I thought it was gonorrhea or chlamydia). This was removed at two days. However, in week 7 and for another 2 days I felt the same, frequent urination and a feeling of not having evacuated the entire urine, I am going to the bathroom every hour or every 2 hours, this is not normal for me. The ardor is mild and inconstant.

After all the tests the doctor tells me that he can no longer do anything else for me, that I must reassure myself and reduce my anxiety. But reading online I think I can have NGU or urethritis. I have no secretions, my glans is dry, nor ardor when urinating. Only frequent urination.

Could this be NGU? Very scared, with constant panic and anxiety attacks. Psychiatric patient. Thank you very much if someone can guide me, I am very scared.

Having anxiety is rough and you need to stay focused on that and receiving treatment for it. You had an extremely low risk encounter of brief oral sex. You really didn't need to test for anything unless you had symptoms (although with your anxiety level, you probably imagine all sorts of symptoms). But you did test and everything was negative. Asking for reassurance is part of anxiety. WE give that to you and we feed your anxiety and it grows even if you momentarily feel better. The treatment? Sit with the discomfort of not getting any feedback, looking anything up, examining your body. Nothing going on is related to this encounter at this point and you should continue to work with your psychiatrist/ psychologist.

Thanks Guitar, I know my anxiety is the main issue here and I apologize if my questions are anxiety driven. My intention is not to waste your time, just to clear up some doubts.

1. Can non-gonococcal urethritis manifest with frequent urination and difficulty in having a bowel movement (without pain or burning)?

2. If my tests for chlamydia and gonorrhea are negative, would my NGU be harmless as it is non-chlamydial urethritis?

3. Does any STD cause frequent urination after 7 weeks?

Sorry Guitar again for my questions, I don't want to bother you.
I meant difficulty urinating, my English is not good.
Already answered your question. Please talk to your doctor about anxiety.
Your tests were negative. You don't have any STDs. If you have urinary symptoms, those are not STD-related.

Completely agree with GuitarRox.
Your problem is anxiety and fear (thankfuly, those are curable and controllable), you need to seek help for those.
