Extremely worried

Hi I am extremely worried about the possibilty I may have an STD. I had protected sex with two sex workers in the UK. They were Eastern European if that matters, in a massage parlour. Are they known to be drug addicts?

One had some spots on her breasts, reddish in colour. I asked her what they were and she said they were sun burn marks from holiday - not sure what else to say on that. As three of us were involved, the girls changed condoms every time I switched girls for oral and intercourse. I made sure not to touch her spots; but of course this may have happened. My first question then is can you catch an STD from skin to skin contact of such spots...like HIV?

About a month after that I briefly worked out at my home gym but then noticed a rash on my arm, my bicep. I also notice some spots on my back and shoulders. One is quite black. I also noticed an itching on my penis head, and was quite severe with red marks under the head, but this later went away and has not returned. It may have been from me itching it.

I am extremely stressed by all this. The worry is driving me crazy. I come from a very conservative background and I don't know how i could bear such bad new nor do I want to go through the stress of a test. Please entertain my insanity of not being able to get a test. I can't bear it.

Needless to say, I will not do this again, even though I have done so in the past. I would be mentally fine had these symptoms not come up in me. I have got the occasional spot on my back before, but the rash, no I have not.

I have not even begun to list the worry and fear I have nor the full extent of my dilemma. I fell like a complete and utter fool if I have thrown away my life for this.

I have worried about this before. Maybe I have a death wish, because my worry before was irrational - protected sex with a girl I knew. Now I have upped the risk - protected sex with two sex workers.

I just need some statistics perhaps - the risk of HIV with protected sex. Assuming both the girls were positive - what are my chances? And chlamydia (itching which goes away is said to be a symptom) can this be contracted through protceted sex?

Thank you all for bearing with me.

Vance,

Thank you so much for your response. Seriously I cannot thank you enough. Clearly HIV is the biggest worry however so I may have to repost this question in the other forum. I hope I have nothing to worry about. If you wish to understand how great my fear is, I am even too afraid to post in the damn forum. I am almost too afraid to write those three letters. How strange that with this fear I can even think to visit a massage parlour.

I was borderline having a panic attack as I wrote my first post. You have alleviated a lot of that raw fear.

Anyone else who can add to reducing this fear with any more information of any kind would be GREATLY appreciated.

I apologise for this moment of madness I am in.

Yes you can catch a STD from skin to skin such as syphilis, herpes and HPV but those are not found on the breast area.

HIV questions post in the HIV forum.

No you would not get chlamydia or gonorrhea from protected sex and the other ones I mentioned was low risk and no need to worry.
