Are these anal warts? (Graphic)

I was diagnosed with genital warts two months ago and had them treated. I have never had any type of anal sex. I noticed itching in the anal area and noticed these bumps. they are just inside the anus ( i had to spread the cheeks far apart to see them).

I added a photo to my profile.  Do these look like warts to anyone who has experienced them? I am going to the doctor tomorrow but just want to be prepared. Would they be external or internal warts as I am terrified of the idea of having them surgically removed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I apologize for the graphic nature of this question .
