Asian massage fingered my anus now I have pressure and

I went to Chinese massage parlor, everything with massage was standard until she put her finger in my ass for amount 30 seconds pushing it in and out until I had her stop.  She stopped and then later gave me a handjob at the end.  This was about 5 weeks ago.  I have had on and off recital pressure and urinary frequency.  Do I have to worry about this being an STD?  I do have a history of prostatits in the past.   What are my next steps?  Should I worry about Std/STI?

No risk from STI at all. Potentially anxiety leading to the prostatitis again but defo not STI.

So are you thinking more it is just trauma to anus? Prostate with no STI risk along with anxiety?  I just hate that I’m having urinary frequency, dribbling and rectal pressure.  Ugh this sucks.
It sounds like prostatitis. I doubt it's trauma 5 weeks later unless some real damage was done.

You should follow up with your doctor. It's not an STI - you had no risk for it.
Saw urologist, dipstick urine showed no leukocytes or nitrites.  She said prostate not enlarged.  She said that I should do pelvic floor PT.  Going to see GI doctor to see if it’s hemorrhoidal.
Good, I'm glad you're following up on it. Good luck! :)
