Hi,

Yesterday I had sex for the first time but it was with an escort. This escort told me she was clean of all STD's.

My worry here is that I had unprotected oral sex (blow job and hand job) and had a light French kissing session with her.Before we started kissing I asked if she had any cold sores or cuts in her mouth and she said no.

We had sex but I was wearing a condom. The whole session lasted 2 hours with breaks in between.

I found a small white patch on my testicles but I think it may be from shaving down there 2 days prior to the sex. That and it's not a lump.

I'm quite concerned and will probably see my doctor.

Just wondering if the risks are high or not?

It's to the point that I have bad anxiety and can't focus on anything else.

Please help me.

Normally when escorts say they are clean it's true, as suffering std would mean loosing money.

Oral sex exposes you to several stds though.
-Syphilis, you can test after 6 weeks, and if you get it negative, it would be interesting to re-test 3 months after the exposure, as there are people that take longer to show a positive result.
-Gonorrhea, you can test 3 weeks after the exposure.
-Herpes, you can test 3 months after the exposure.

But as I said, the risk is really low.
