Blacked out drinking

Doctor,

I posted in the community forum about this question.  In summary, I blacked out one night from drinking too much alcohol.  A cab driver from a reputable company drove me around for like an hour to get me home by basically driving from one side of the town back to the other, and charged me hundreds of dollars on tips (which i can't remember since i was completely blacked out).

I have since stopped drinking, however I have gotten extreme paranoia that since the cab driver was so sketchy about charging me money by adding on a tip, taking money out of my wallet, etc. that he did something to me.  I have no reason to believe that he did, as I ended up fully clothed at home when I woke up the next morning remembering nothing.

If he would have sexually assaulted me (anally), as a heterosexual male who has never had anal would I have had pain the next day? Do you think HIV/STD testing is warranted?  From what I've been able to re-collect, he picked me up from the bars, and basically drove me around including an ATM, then I ended up at home fully clothed.  Thanks ahead of time.

You need to let this go.  As you said this is paranoia.  Have you considered you were adducted by aliens? of couse not and its much the same for any risk you were sexually abused (which im sure you would know about) dont beat yourself up about passing out.  You not the first and you wont be the last.  You dont need to stop drinking.  You need to do so in moderation and when you do get very drunk ensure you are in good company who will look after you.
