Stomach ache and diarrhea….STD?

Hey everyone. I was feeling lonely and met up with a gay last Monday (six days ago.) I immediately told him I did not want to have sex but unfortunately we were drinking alcohol and I blacked out and then passed out. I never drink alcohol and did not expect it to cause me to black out the way I did. I am a top. I tried bottoming over twelve years ago and it was incredibly painful so I have not tried it since. Now I am terrified about what he might have done to me after I passed out. My anus did not hurt or feel violated but three days after the incident my stomach started to hurt. It has hurt off and on for the passed three days and now day I am having diarrhea. I am terrified that I was anally raped and that this could be the beginning symptoms of gonorrhea or chlamydia. Would these symptoms occur this quickly? Are stomach aches and diarrhea a symptom of stds. I have been checking for blood or discharge and there has been none. I am incredibly scared and plan on getting tested asap but would just like some peace of mind and knowledge. Thank you.

I'm sorry that you're so scared, but stomach aches and diarrhea aren't symptoms of STDs.

You could just go get tested and put your mind at ease, but I can't see any way of being anally raped/penetrated without any physical signs of it soon after.

Also, for future reference, if you're interested, there are ways to make anal sex not hurt. It's still not something you wouldn't have any signs of the next day, though.
