which std can cause pain in knees,swelling in inner thighs and itching in groin area

I am having itching in scrotum and inner thighs for last two months with dark skin but no rashes. I also feeling burning sensation in my inner thighs some times in a day. I had also some itching in my anal area. I also get small tiny white heads on my penis head after every week and i had to apply antifungal cream on them to get rid of them. I dont have and any discharge or sores on penis or on thighs. Although i do feel some soreness on my thighs sometimes. I have negative herpes and sphilis test after 3 months. I had also got my self tested for hiv 1 and 2 after 26 days,75, 88, 93, 102 and 110 days through hiv combo test all came back negative. I had exposure on 2212.2013 while having protected oral and vaginal sex with a sex worker. I had also developed pain in my knee joints after 3 months of this incident. I also want to know that can i get tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia without any discharge and if yes then how. Please reply i am really very frustrated and depressed.....how to post question in expert forum

Almost 3 months have already past.....my biggest problem is that my thighs below the scrotum is rubbing with each other for last 2 months....and my inner thighs have dark color which have burning sensation...and above all even my GP is not able to figure out why i am getting white or red heads on my penis head.....i am very very depressed and stressed from last 3 months....i am also having upset stomach with and low energy levels......only god knows what is my real problem.....it is now more than 3.5 months....and my depression and stress levels are increasing every day.....i cant sleep more than 4 to 5 hours......

If that happens (rare) it normally takes several months.

Thanks alot....but i just want to ask one question....that i had read on internet that untreated gonorrhea can cause joint pains. Do u have any idea about this thing. Once again i want to tell you that i dont have any discharge or burning sensation while urinating

You have to pay to post to the experts. As for testing...urine test for those. But your symptoms are not of a STD, not sure what is going on. See a Dr. Also you had no risk from your protected encounter.
