Possible STD or abrasion on upper lip??

So last week I hooked up with a guy I had been talking to, unprotected. We gave each other oral then went all the way. 2 days later I knew I had a yeast infection- a bad itch and lumpy discharge, but no bumps or bad smell. I took the 1 day monastat and it all cleared up in 4 days. So this is now been a week and three days. My usual discharge had always been creamy with no smell, but today I thought smelled slightly off. Two days ago I make out with a guy with terribly rough stubble. My lips were really irritated afterwords, like bright red all over, but today I noticed a little peeling on my upper lip that's a bit sore. It looks like tiny splits right on the edge. I thought it was from him, but it seems like a delayed response?
So..
Am I being paranoid, or could that guy I hooked up with have given me an STD like herpes??
