Burning penis

So I had unprotected sex with a female a couple of nights ago.   The next morning I started having a burning itching genital area.  I have read that symptoms generally take longer but the burning has continued.   It is about a week now and I have gotten an std test but waiting on the results.  I have serious anxiety going on and I can't tell if this is mind over matter.   I go to work and feel no symptoms.  I come home and I'm alone and the symptoms kick up.  I need information please.

I've been dealing with this for 3+years.   Burning sensation the same day upon ejaculation and still have no answer.. Good luck with getting one!

Its not a symptom of any std and since it appeared the next day after the affair it would seem connected to that so maybe she used some caustic based douche which has damaged the epidermis. I really think its all in your anxiety.

So all test came back negative for an std   but today after masturbation I felt the burning sensation come back   I hadn't felt the burning for 2 days   should I still be concerned or will it go away

It could all be psyco somatic as well. Since its a topical irritation you can have ithe area swabbed and a PCR test perform to see if anything shows up. Its either enviornmenal or fungal related but its not a herpes symptom.

Is there anything I could possibly do to cure the sensation that I have happening?   And wouldn't the burning sensation have stopped by now?  It's been a while.  Also I have read that symptoms for herpes usually show up two days after intercourse,   could I be an exception?   I don't mean to be asking so much and I truly appreciate your input on my situation ty

Thats not a herpes symptom but maybe some lip gloss that she used or some vaginal soap or cream she used or if she smoked menthol cigarettes. All of these could cause topical burning sentations.

I still have no burning while urinating just burning sensation on penis itself no where else.

Could this possibly herpes though cause I am still feeling a burning sensation on my penis.  I am so scared that I can't stop thinking about it.  Is there any thought as to what this could be

No std show symptoms the next day. Takes about 5 days for the bacteria to multiply and damage tissue causing a puss discharge and burning while urinating.
