please help

Hello im keven and i have been having unprotected sex with one partner for a couple months now.. I trust this person but the other day i found a few what seems to be bruises on the lower half of the shaft of my penis.. there are 3 one larger then the other two, the larger one haveing two whiteish dots in the center... they do not itch but are alittle tender to the touch.. i had some hard sex with her the other day and am wondering and hoping this is the cause... are there any stds which mimic bruises?  the only thing which is throwing me off the fact they are just bruises are the two whitish dots in the center of the larger one

the best thing to do is to be seen and have these looked at.
they don't really sound std related.
