Chances of STD from Oral sex

I am a male and recently (New Year's) received oral sex from what may be considered, an unclean partner.  She probably only had her mouth on my penis for a maximum of 5 seconds but her mouth was on my testicles for probably 30 seconds.  It pretty much just turned into a handjob after that (in which some of her saliva was used).  I didn't ejaculate in her mouth.  My question is what are the "odds" that I may have contracted an STD from her?  And if it is possible, what should my main concerns be and how long should I wait to get tested?  Thank you in advance.

"unclean" did the person not shower?

You had no real risk for a STD from the above encounter. Oral sex is low risk but 5 seconds is not going to be a risk.
