Saliva used as lube for handjob

Hello!

I recently received a handjob from a masseuse a few weeks ago and I’m concerned that I may have contracted something.

She used saliva as lube and also briefly rubbed the outside of her vagina on the shaft on my penis. She was wearing underwear and the tip of my penis never came in contact with her during that portion.

Afterwards, I cleaned myself pretty intensely with soap in the shower.

As far as symptoms go, I’ve had some slight discomfort in my penis that comes and goes, I would say it’s probably a 1 in terms of pain on a scale of 1-10. I’ve noticed that the pain will linger a little longer after ejaculation from time to time now.

This has been going on for a few days and I’m really nervous that I may have contracted something. What are the odds of getting an STD when using spit as a lubricant for a handjob?

Thanks in advance for your advice!

You had no risk here.

She had her underwear on, and STDs don't go through clothing/fabric.

Saliva is not a risk for any STD or HIV. While oral sex can transmit some STDs, it's because they reside in the throat, not because of saliva.

You have nothing to worry about here.
