sexual encounter with TS worker - STD chances

Dear Doctors and supportive users,
First of all I woudld like to thank you very much  for all the support and patience you have to hordes of those who more or less lost their brains at certain moments and realize the consequesnces later.

I appreciate it very much.
Well, I am also one of those, those who act first and think later.

I have read already parts of this forum and found many useful answers to peoples' worries and questions.

Although I found many cases similar to mine, they were only similar, and I have the necessity to present my situation.

A week ago I had an encounter with Amsterdam Red Lights worker that was transvestite.
To keep long story short, quite typicaly I was drunk thus listening to my lust instead to my conscience.

I had given protected anal sex to her and I received unprotected oral from her.
However there was NO ejaculation from her side as I insisted on that.

As that would not be enough after first time I continued with another TS worker and had identical experience.

Now 7 days after all that, depsite of my conscience killing me for my actions, I feel overall fatigue, plus lots of pains in all my leg joints, testicles and urinal tracts.
I do not have any discharge, neitehr painful urination nor sore throat.

From this forum I know that it is highly unlikely that i could contract HIV from such activities.

However there is still a question of other STDs as gonnorhea , chlamydia and syphilis (not to mention Hepatitis B and HPV, warts etc).

I would not be concerned that much but these sensations I currently experience come from something - I very much wonder whether my "stress" could cause such irritation and pain in testicles.

Some authorities state it is very likely that NO symptoms can be felt even if one had contracted gonnorhea or chlamydia.
And syphilis shows itself only after minumim 3 weeks. In that case the sores would be in my mouth and I may simply miss it if it's not painful.

Besides, during the sexual experiences it was too dark there to see whetere there are ANY sores or lesions on both TS.

I cannot visit my GP as he knows (and treats) my whole family.

There is a possibility to visit SOA clinic in A'dam but they would simply laugh at me and ask me to wait 3 months.

Thus would you please help me and inform whether is there anything to worry and i shoudl rush to SOA clinic for that pains I have or I can easily wait.
The second option of course eliminates the possibilty to have sexual life with my wife. I can postpone things a bit, but for 3 months, it would be way too suspicious...

In other words, what are the chances I contrcted chlamydia, syphilis or gonnorhea?

Thank you very much!

Hi all,
been there, done that :)

No Gonnorhea, no chlamydia, no HIV and no syphilis detected.

final resuslts next Tuesday, however of course I need to re-do the syphilis and HIV tests after 3 months - but that was obvious.

They do not do urethrea and mycoplasma unfortunately. These are not considered as STD and thus not being tested. Those  need to be done with GP - and I will go there next week when the official results of today are sent to me.

See ya!

Please keep us posted, also please ask to be tested for ureaplasma and mycoplasma
genitalium. It seems
it's taken more seriously in Europe as a cause of illness than it is here in north america

I totally understand, but I had to be honest and upfront and it was only then that the proper steps were taken ie: urologist appointments were made, various blood tests I wouldn't otherwise had received were ordered.

You should go to your GP, I went to a couple of STD clinics and walk in clinics I never went to and they looked like they couldn't be bothered with me. I decided to go to my GP and he told me I should hve gone there first... We all make stupid mistakes and then
proceeded to tell me stories of how he's screwed up in life in the past.... He then ordered me all kinds of blood tests, made an urologist appointment and  just generally made me feel better about the situation.

Your GP Doesnt need to know details but basics. It's not their business but you do deserve the best treatment possible

Vance, I know.

But believe, me I cannot be straightforward with my GP. By no means. It's a long story.

Being upfront and giving details is best thing to do for proper evaluation and diagnosis.

thanks macneer!
...that's what i was thinking actually.. and then I could actually go to my GP complaining about the NGU... no need to give him the whole story..I guess...

No I would not say low means get tested. For oral sex we really don't recommend testing unless symptoms or to ease mind.

Could be NGU. I've heard some symptoms take a week to show but typically longer.

Stress can profuse all types of symptoms but symptoms specific to your urethra or testicles I don't think would be due to stress,
maybe the aches in your joints or muscles possibly

Thank you Vance.
thus "low" means - go and test yourself. As per information here and there Gonorrhea gives penile infections and urination burns..but does it casue anythig in the throat???
