Chances of getting an STD through oral sex

Last night I regretfully went to see quite a dodgy escort. I paid close attention to exactly what we did but I did allow her to suck on my scrotum for about 20-30 seconds. I have read that it is a low risk, but considering how dodgy this place was I thought maybe there could be more of a risk. Just need to put my mind at ease, very very stressed out.
I obviously don’t have any symptoms yet but if I have caught something, what would be the first signs or indication that I have?

This is really, really low risk. Your biggest chances will be for syphilis and genital hsv1, but the chances are quite low for both.

Syphilis just isn't that common anywhere, even in "dodgy" places, and she'd have to have an active sore in her mouth to transmit it. If you got this - and I'll be surprised if you do - you'll see a round, painless sore in 3-6 weeks.

Genital hsv1 is maybe a bit more likely, if you don't already have hsv1 orally (think cold sores). The skin on the scrotum is thicker than your shaft, so it would be harder for the virus to penetrate, though, making less likely than if she had given you unprotected oral sex. I'd also be surprised if you got this, but if you did, look for sores in about 4-12 days.
