Diagnosis?

I just moved to hawaii a week ago. I'm a homosexual male, the last time I had unprotected sex was a month ago, but I did it with my boyfriend who I had been dating and practicing unsafe sex with for 8 months. Both have tested clean for STD's in that time.
I noticed 4 days ago that when I had a bowel movement, there was some blood coming out as well, I have also been a little itchy around my anus and so I wanted to see what was going on. I observed that there are a lot of very small skin colored bumps, about the size of a pinhead. There is a lot of them, and they seem to grow on one another. They sting a little during bowel movements, but only about half the time.
I have been looking at pictures of every STD I can find pictures of, and it doesn't really seem to fit the bill of anything. I'm guessing that its just some type of infection or something, since it is a very different climate here. It is not red, so I'm hoping its not herpes. It doesn't quite look like HPV either.
Please help?

Sounds like it might be hemorrhoids, but you should get this checked.

If you are both clean then it is not an STD. You should see a Dr and get it looked at.
