Do I have HIV?

So I had sex with a guy, we kissed and I gave him oral sex. I think I ingested a little bit of pre-cum, but thats all. He didn't finish in my mouth.

This happened about a month and a half ago.

I've had a cough, sore throat for about 2 weeks now, and thats about it.

I'm really scared and there is no easy way to go get tested. Can somebody help PLEASE?

No, we didn't actually have intercourse. How high is my risk?

symptoms are really not an indicator for HIV. If the sex was protected you should be fine. If unprotected you were at risk. You should get tested if it was unprotected. If you test at 6 weeks and it comes back negative you should be fine, but test again at 3 months for a conclusive result.
