Do I have scabies? What can I have possibly?

Yesterday I went to an Asian massage parlor and had a massage, The masseuse used ALOT of the oil and I received a hj. I started itching while inside the car, the first thing I did when I got home was get in the shower. Fast forward to now and I am still having the whole body itching it is a 3/10 itch. I have been told by the other internet sites that I have a possible allergic reaction to the oil.

Have you ever had scabies before? If you haven't, the incubation period is anywhere from 2-6 months. That means you won't see symptoms for that long.

If you've had scabies before, it would be much sooner - 1-4 days.

However, you don't mention a rash or blisters or any bumps at all, and with scabies, you'd definitely have some kind of rash.

My guess is that you're allergic to the oil, or just really sensitive to it. If you can safely take Benedryl, try that and see if it helps. It will make you drowsy, so take it when you can sleep, won't be driving a car, won't be drinking alcohol, etc.

Thank you. Is it possible it could be herpes , I’m not sure if herpes makes you itch immediately after you “get” if it it takes months
No STI gives you immediate symptoms. The absolute minimum is 2 days, with the exception of scabies, which isn't always sexually transmitted, and only if you've had it before.

Since you started itching on the way home, and it's all over, it has to be the oil, if it's related to this. It could also be something you ate, etc.

No STD gives you all over symptoms, either.

I'm not sure why you are focusing on an STD and not an allergic reaction. Do you have a rash or anything? Just itching? Maybe it's anxiety? Did you go outside a relationship and feel guilt or anxiety about transmitting something?

You had no risk for an STD. It's not that.
