Recent infection or establishes infection

I was recently diagnosed with HSV 2 via IGg blood test. My HSV 1 result was < 0.90. My HSV 2 result was 3.04.

5 weeks prior to testing, I had unprotected sex with a friend (less than 5 minutes).

12-16 weeks prior to testing, I had unprotected sex with my then boyfriend (now ex). We had sex 2-3 times a month.

Is my infection a new infection? Did I get this from my friend? Did I get it from my ex??

Background info- I am a female. No symptoms or outbreaks.
