do I have an std?

For about 2 years or so I've had this white painless bump on the underside of my penis. It hasn't grown or changed its always been there and I can't really scratch it off. Its not really noticeable unless you stretch out the skin however when u do stretch it out there's 2 really small ones near it. They're all painless. Also, around the same area is red patches of dry skin. This is also painless but at times can disappear and show up. When wet in the shower it turns really red but at times during the day its very white and flaky. I've always used a condom during sex but have received unprotectedly. Do these sound like STDs? I feel like the dry skin can be from irritation from dryness but I'm just making sure. Is the white bump an std as well as the dry skin?

Hello,
Sounds as though you may have some common Forcydes spots they are harmless . Sti will not stay the same for a 2 year period .. Also it sounds like you may have a bit of a dermal issue down there from sweat/ moisture . I would see a dermatologist if this is bothering you. This does not sound like any Sti
