Freaking out

Hello , I had protected sex on 10/29 and then A couple days later I developed strep throat was put on penicillin it went away then developed a cough and head cold with fever, no body aches but I've been sick for like 3wks from step to the cough to the head cold  I did an STD check and all came back negative including HIV 4gen Antigen/AB was negative. I did the test 3 wks after the sex encounter but now I'm freaking out because I've been sick, should I retest  for HIV ? Did I test to early , I am freaking out
