Firm bump on penis

As background, since before I was sexually active, there are small spots on my circumcision line that occassionally would have a small “blackhead” of sorts that i could push the blackhead out. These were always in the same spot and recurred once in awhile, I’ve read about similar things and it appears they may be left over pockets from circumcision that get clogged. About 9 days ago I masturbated, and right after i noticed a small lump exactly where one of these “spots” is. I tried squeezing it out as I’ve always done, but it did not form a head or push out anything, it is just a firm bump under the skin. I irritated it from squeezing the skin so hard, so it swelled up and got a little pink, but now it is back to the same size it started at. No pain, no itch, no pus. Could this be a lymphocele or cyst? I am concerned it could be an STD, but really it doesnt fit the description of any. My only recent sexual activity was a couple of weeks ago and I wore a condom the whole time. It remains basically unchanged, just a small firm bump.

As long as all sex is protected, including oral sex, you had no risk.
Please see a doctor, no one here can really diagnose u over the internet.
