GENITAL WARTS

hi, I think my husband has genital warts, he hasnt been tested yet. We've been together almost 5 years now. He slept with a girl right before we got together, so it was about 5 1/2 years he slept with her & she had had genital warts in the past. she got them frozen off so she hasnt had any in 8 years or so. Is it possible he got them from her and they just now showed up on him 5 1/2 years later? I get my yearly every year and has never came up with anything. Or is is possible he has recently cheated on me? how long does it take for genital warts to show after being exposed to them?

i got with him right after they hooked up. and we have been together ever since. i have never seen them on him before until now. so its possible he was infected with the virus 5 1/2 years ago. and just now is just now having an outbreak?

From what I read is that it can take weeks ro months for them to appear. And just because they showed once doesn't mean they will show again. It is possible that he had them after he was with the other woman and never had them show up again till now.

If he has had them for years it doesn't mean he will pass them on. My wife has had them since before I met her and she had 1 outbreak (before I met her) has not had one since and I do not have them.

So there is a decent chance that he did not cheat on you.
