Anonymous gay group sex oral only STD risks

Hello,

I am a young male in a long-term heterosexual relationship. 3 weeks ago, I gave unprotected oral and I received unprotected oral msm. No one ejaculated during my encounter with them nor did I ejaculate. The total experience lasted about 5 minutes.

The next couple of days I noticed a burning sensation when urinating and a sore throat.  Burning during urination was getting worse so 7 days after the encounter I went to GP and did urine test for gonorrhea and chlamydia but found nothing.  On the 9th and 10th day, the burning was so bad that it felt like razor blades going through my penis whenever I urinated and the tip was enflamed and there was a small clear discharge, it was ungodly painful.  I was also having pain in left side of pelvic region. On day 10 after the encounter I went back to GP and they did urine test and swab; they found bacteria in my urine (nitrite UA was positive) and gave me a shot of antibiotics and z-pack. Also prescribed me 5 days of ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice a day.  I told GP about pain in pelvic region and she said my lymph nodes were not swollen there.  I got my results back a couple days later and I was negative for gonorrhea and chlamydia.

It is now day 14 since the encounter and I am currently taking the antibiotics (have taken 6 out of 10 pills) and things are getting better but I still have slight pain and burning during urination but nothing like before.  My sore throat is still persistent and my neck has felt swollen for a few days, though I can't remember it feeling swollen before starting the antibiotics.

I've researched on this site and read many posts from the doctors.  It seems my high risk scenario may have put me at a very very small risk for HIV (which is close to zero risk normally) and perhaps a risk for Herpes (more likely HSV-1 than HSV-2 considering oral to genital exposure) and reading into herpes urethritis, I guess my severely painful urination could be an indicator for this but I don't have any lesions as far as I can tell.

I guess my question is, what is my best course of action in terms of testing?  I have an appointment with my GP (was for something unrelated, but I can bring this up again) in 9 days which would be 23 days post exposure.  Would asking for any testing at this point be helpful?  My symptoms have been causing me a lot of anxiety over the last few days so it would be helpful to talk to someone about it.  Thanks for reading.

Thanks for the reply Vance.  Would the shot that I took for gonorrhea and the z-pack address gonorrhea in the throat if I had it?  Or would that be a different treatment?  If it's a different treatment then I will probably ask for a throat swab  as I can see the back of my throat is red and hasn't gotten any better.  Any thoughts on risk for herpes/hiv or should I just wait 6 weeks from exposure date and get tested for both?

Well you have already tested for the 2 most common things but you have not gotten a throat swab for gonorrhea as that would be possible from giving oral.
Other than that at 23 days nothing else would be worth testing for.

Also forgot to mention that the left pelvic pain is still there.  It is worse when sitting, I don't feel it as much when laying down.  Thanks.
