I’m going through something very similar. Taking D-mannose, doing a 3 day fast while only drinking specifically lemon water helps a lot. Some answers I just saw on this site are that It could be Polyomavirus? It could be the compound effects of food sensitivities like sugar, carbs, coffee. It could be interstitial cystitis, or mycoplasma genitalium. That’s the things other people on here mentioned. But girl, you go find a doctor that specifically has experience with chronic bladder pain issues,(actually ASK them that as you’re booking an appointment) March yourself to that urologist or gyno and you ask them to do everything possible. Finding a wholistic women’s doctor might be the way to go as well. Don’t give up! The answers are out there. But just know that you’re not alone in this. SO many women are suffering with this exact thing and not getting relief bc they’re misdiagnosed.
Also make sure you ask the doctor you get questions you think of, bring a notebook if you want. And take a note of the vibes you get from them, are they really listening and having a dialogue with you or are they just going through the motions.. There ARE good, compassionate doctors out there who will actually take their time with you and give you as much information and solutions as they can about your condition. Trying out a handful of different ones is sometimes necessary to find one who’s willing to think outside the box and consider all your symptoms in their analysis.
