Burning in penis head and urethra

Hi,  I got really drunk one morning because my good friend died the day before. I got to wasted and passed out in a park because I was feeling unwell(im not a real big drinker)  I woke to a crossdresser or transsexual giving me oral.  I just got up and ran because I was in shock.  About 10minutes later the head of my penis started to burn I had blood and urine sample done 5days after and came back clear.  It's 2weeks and I am still having burning pains and the red around the glans and a little bit of clear discharge after I pee, not much a few drops of that.  I had 2 500mg of azimthycin did not help much. Some one please help. I'm in a happy relationship and I have not told my partner as I'm scared and don't know what she will say. She is wondering why we haven't been having sex either.  I need help please.  Someone must have a cure for this or know what it is.

Things are improving but the burning is coming and going and my penis head has what seems to be white blemishes? Any one have any idea what this could be?

Still got the burning sensation it has eased.  Been drinking olive leaf oil extract and having probiotic tablet every day. It is helping but not completely. Did blood test 2days ago at 2 weeks get results Next Week.  Does anyone know what this is?

Been tested 4 days after my horrible encounter. All came back clear. Getting tested again in 2weeks. But I can't sleep or eat properly because I'm stressing so much.  And reading about people that are experiencing the same symptoms as me but don't have any diagnoses for it and they have had it for 4 months some 8months and they still can't fix it. Really hope I'm not one of them people.  The doc said it might be thrush but can't see how and why is the burning there and clear white discharge after I urinate. I really need this problem fixed

Go get tested chances are you didn't catch anything, even if you did chances of anything you caught would most likely be easily treated

Burning can also be the beginning of balantis from the oral antibiotics. I got it from the aritzomax

Since the burning started 10 minuts after it could also be from menthol cigarettes oil on her lips if she smoked

Hi,  what did you experience. I really need to get this burning under control and I can't sleep properly, I can't eat properly  I've even thought of suicide. I need this gone it's so stress full

  Over it big time, you will get thy this man. Suicide isn't an answer.  I had a burn pretty constant that increased with friction to the penis. Eventually my foreskin became scaly. If you experienced it right after the oral exposure I'd be inclined to say this isn't it.

So it's been 4 months and still have burning but not as bad and also clear discharge at times, was check at 81days for all stds and HIV all negative, I did get diagnosed with prostatitis though. Would my test be conclusive at 81 days?

Hi since the burning happened right after the oral it would certainly be a friction injury. oral like you discribe is somewhat low risk to contract any std but since you have a long term partner test for herpes, syphilis and gono for their protection.
