Got handjob from escort with lots of saliva

Visited an escort a week ago for work. She needed some maintance in the building and it was my duty to fix it.
After finalizing the job, the lady gave me a handjob.

She used loads of saliva for the handjob and im extremely nerveous for an STD/STI. What are the changes of getting an STI/STD. Have a pregnant wife at home and feeling bad, extremely bad.

There is no risk for this. Saliva as lube isn't a risk, and handjobs aren't risks.

However, I will say that your wife is pregnant, and if you do anything else, that will put her and your baby at risk. Your wife getting an STD during pregnancy can be very dangerous for the baby. I don't say that to guilt you or judge you - just inform you.

The "problem" is that I was there for work. Spend one full day replacing cables and the next day I went to bring the invoice to get paid. Before I could say something, my pants was down and she started spitting on the tip of theres no tomorrow. I wasn't there for finding sex, but im feeling bad.. Extremely bad.

Feeling guilty and a *******, but dont want to risk the baby and my wifes health. I will go to a doctor, because im feeling bad and just scared. It all happened the 12th of January =(
It doesnt matter how you word it, there was never a risk here from this event. As AJ would say, guilt does not equal. In other words you may feel even more guilty but the risk you had, will never become more than a risk of what it was - which was zero.
So the risk is zero, even though she spitted on the tip of my penis? Sorry for all those silly questions, but i'm not feeling that good tbh
Yes, the risk is zero. If there was a risk, we'd tell you.

Anxiety can make you feel awful physically.

Guilt doesn't equal risk. You had no risk.
