Groin pull?

I was treated for gonorrhea and chlamydia with dosages of suprax and azithromyacin. I was told during a follow-up that although some gonorrhea symptoms still lingered, the bacteria was indeed dead. Now though, I have what feels like muscular pain in the uppermost area of my inner right thigh. Feels like a groin pull, but I also feel some tenderness and swelling in my right testicle. Is this possible with a groin pull? My lingering gonorrhea symptoms have not gotten worse, I do not feel any lumps that would indicate a hernia, and my pain is definitely not so severe that I would consider testicular torsion. Any ideas?

Same happened to me, its 11 months later and I am still a bit tender, but its getting better. I tested negative for Gonorrhea 3 times and my doctor seems to think it is an anxiety thing?

Its 3 months later, are you still feeling anything?

I'd follow up on this.  How long has it been since you've taken the meds?  And were you actually tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia?  If you weren't perhaps it wasn't that in the first place.
