So first, you need to CALM DOWN.

While there is some risk from rubbing, you aren't at risk for things like gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV, hep B, or mycoplasma if there wasn't actual penetration.

You might be at risk for syphilis, herpes and HPV. The longer and harder the rubbing, the higher the risk.

There's no reason to panic like this.

Oh God see syphilis, herpes and hpv? And what if my penis top accidentally touched her vagina opening? Am i at risk for all the ones involved with penetration? Man herpes and HPV arent curable. HPV i read stays but eventually goes away itself after a year. If so is it passed on during that 1 year? Im so panicked man i dont know what to do. When should i get tested? Which tests need to be done? How long after should i get them done?
BREATHE.

Why are you so panicked?

How long was the rubbing?

If you just touched the vaginal opening, there isn't a risk. You actually have to have penetration for some to be a risk.

HPV does go away, but it can be transmitted while you have it. There is no test for that for men.

You can test for syphilis at 6 weeks, but syphilis is far less common than the other STDs. I wouldn't worry about that unless you get a sore.

You can get a blood test for herpes, if they are available where you live, but please note that there are false positives. I'm not sure your anxiety could handle that.

Have you talked to your doctor about your anxiety? Your reaction is not in proportion to the risk.
I do have sn anxiety disorder.
In regards to why im so tense and anxious i dont want to have a disease especially not one that can be transmitted or stay with me for life or a long time. I do have some anxiety issues yes.  Should i have 2 seperate labs do a test for herpes? Also how would i know if i have hpv or not? And what about trich or chancroid?.What im most anxious about is hpv. I dont know what i'll do. Im too tense. Thank you for your response
Rubbing was probably around 5 minutes
I don't think you need to test for anything at all unless you get symptoms.

The issue with herpes testing is that if you have a false positive once, you probably will again, and unless you are in the US or Canada, getting the proper test to sort that out is very difficult. I would strongly advise you against testing for herpes unless you get symptoms.

The only way you'll know if you have HPV is if you get symptoms.

Trich is only transmitted by penetration. Chancroid is less common than syphilis, and the only way to know if you have that is to test a sore.  Unless you're in Africa or the Caribbean, I wouldn't worry about chancroid.

Do you treat your anxiety? You should talk to your doctor about it. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Focus on your mental health. That's a much, much bigger concern for you than STDs are.
Thank you. I will try for my mental health. What symptoms should i look out for?
Any sores or bumps. If those appear, see your doctor, but DO NOT PANIC.

You have all the symptoms of a serious anxiety disorder. That will affect your life more than herpes or HPV ever would. Address that first. I say that with compassion.
