Clearing HPV?

If you’ve once had a high risk strain of HPV vaginally but have since cleared it, does that mean your body would have also cleared potential oral HPV if you had it at the same time?

Yes, it all clears within about 2 years. It may not be exactly the same time frame, but it will clear within 2 years.

I’ve cleared the HPV that they tested for 6yrs ago vaginally. Haven’t had a positive test since then. I am just wondering if that means my whole body is clear of it since there was no real way of knowing if I had it orally as well. By your response, it seems like yes? I would imagine since it’s a virus, the whole body clears it?
6 years ago? Yes, your body has cleared it. The whole body clears it. You're good now, if you even had it orally. You can let this go. :)
