Handjob non-HIV STD risks

Hi. Please tell me my STD risk level of the following:

I received a hand job from another male. No lubricant was used, no oral or saliva. No kissing. He was dressed and no genital contact was exchanged. Just his bare hand over my shaft.
His effort was on the rough side, and I orgasmed into his hand while it continued to move along my shaft, and may have touched the tip at the eurithra during this time. Afterwards i inspected my penis and found no skin breaks or discoloration.

Based on the above, what am i at risk for? STD or other? Im less worried about HIV but want to know what else im at risk for.  I deeply appreciate your thoughts, thanks.
