Lumps on scrotum

Over the last few weeks, I've developed lumps on my scrotum. They are red and are hard to the touch. There's no puss, no pain, they haven't blistered. The only symptom I have is extreme itching! At first, I didn't think anything of it and figured it would go away soon, but it's been three weeks and 2 more bumps have developed since. I am sexually active, but I always wear a condom except when I'm receiving oral. Could this be an std? I was told they are not herpes. I have provided a link below where I've posted a pic in the dermatology forum. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I went to the doctor today and she diagnosed me with scabies. I start treatment today. My concern now is the exposure it has had/has on my current partner. I don't know if he gave it to me or vice versa. My question is can scabies be transmitted through oral sex? Also, is there a big risk if we have protected anal sex?

Hi, dosent seem like herpes as the lesion comes, scabs and heals in about 2 weeks. If they seem as warts then it could be HPV. Go see a doctor about this to end your anxiety.
